Natural systems are inherently variable, and results depend on factors outside our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate site information
Ensuring access to the property
Disclosing underground utilities, septic systems, or other hazards
Complying with local ordinances, HOA rules, and permitting requirements unless otherwise agreed

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or prevent services.

5. Payments and Fees

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law.
