Welcome to Edible Landscapes New Hampshire (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or communicating with us in any manner, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Edible Landscapes New Hampshire provides edible landscaping design, installation, consultation, and related services. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, seasonal constraints, and mutual agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Estimates, Proposals, and Scope of Work

Any estimates, proposals, or timelines provided are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Final pricing and scope of work may vary based on:

  • Site conditions

  • Material availability

  • Client-requested changes

  • Weather or seasonal factors

  • Regulatory or permitting requirements

Any changes to scope may result in revised pricing or timelines.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply best practices in regenerative, edible, and permaculture-inspired landscaping, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Plant survival

  • Crop yields

  • Growth rates

  • Pest resistance

  • Long-term performance

Natural systems are inherently variable, and results depend on factors outside our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate site information

  • Ensuring access to the property

  • Disclosing underground utilities, septic systems, or other hazards

  • Complying with local ordinances, HOA rules, and permitting requirements unless otherwise agreed

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or prevent services.

5. Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be outlined in individual proposals or invoices. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits may be required before work begins

  • Payments are due upon receipt or according to the agreed schedule

  • Late payments may result in delayed or suspended services

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs—is the property of Edible Landscapes New Hampshire unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Design plans, drawings, and materials created for clients remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edible Landscapes New Hampshire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • Your misuse of the website
